Magnolia Contemporary

This modern kitchen is part of a whole-home renovation of an “untouched” 1970s-era Seattle home with good bones, an unfinished basement, and great new owners who wanted to “do it right.” We expanded the kitchen into an adjacent narrow laundry room, and increased the width of the doorway opening to the dining room to better connect those spaces. Glossy white upper cabinets installed above vertically grain-matched woodgrain cabinetry brighten up the room and provide ample storage.
